While we have no major updates on the Pitchfork CDMX lineup since yesterday’s deep dive, as a quick reminder, Perfume Genius will be performing at Foro Indie Rocks! on September 23. The Spanish independent scene is delivering the bulk of today’s new material.

• Buenos Vampiros has premiered their new track “El último disparo” and announced an upcoming Spanish tour.
• Viva Belgrado has invited Alain Johannes to accompany them on their new release “Menquitofla”.
• Carlos Ares and Barry B are bringing back heavy guitars on their latest collaboration “Postdata”.
• On the live music front, Cala Vento just announced various upcoming dates in Madrid and Barcelona.
• Additionally, El Último de la Fila is releasing a live album from their reunion tour.

Global Spotlight: Giras Internacionales y Supergrupos

The global rock and alternative sphere has also seen a flurry of tour announcements and new eras from established acts.

• Shifting to the global stage, New York indie rockers Bodega are kicking off their Spanish tour tomorrow.
• The hardcore supergroup Fake Names is starting a new era with their single “Until It’s Normal”.
• Passenger is also set to return for a visit to present “Wild Love”.
