Get ready for a masterclass in alternative rock heritage, timeless cover craft, and massive stadium-sized announcements! Alt-rock royalty Goo Goo Dolls have officially unleashed their brand-new single and music video: «Postcards From Paradise».

• The Anatomy of a Cult Classic Reborn: Serving as the lead single from their upcoming exclusive Record Store Day album Borrowed—a curated collection of cover versions paying tribute to classic tracks by iconic artists, arriving via Warner Records on Black Friday (November 27th), with CD and digital formats following on December 4th—«Postcards From Paradise» breathes electrifying new life into a hidden gem. Originally recorded by 1987 post-punk/alt-rock outfit Flesh for Lulu for their album Long Live the New, the song was famously tackled by Goo Goo Dolls during sessions for their 2010 LP Something for the Rest of Us. Now polished, unleashed, and paired with a striking new music video, the track highlights the band’s signature knack for marrying driving guitars with deeply infectious, emotive melodies.
• A Massive 2027 Arena Run: In addition to the upcoming covers album, the band has recently dropped news of an exhaustive 45-date North American co-headlining tour with Def Leppard for 2027. Kicking off on March 2nd and running through July 2nd, the tour will hit major markets across the U.S. and Canada, setting the stage for one of the biggest rock packages of the coming year.

The MusicWayATX Verdict: “Postcards From Paradise” is a triumph of reverence and reinvigoration. Goo Goo Dolls honor alternative rock history while stamping the track with their own unmistakable arena-ready energy.
