Duina del Mar – New Single “Besarte la Boquita”

Duina/Cabas

Duina del Mar, Best New Artist of 2013, returns with her new song, “Besarte La Boquita” (kiss your little mouth) featuring Cabas, a fresh and danceable piece, written and produced by both artists and mixed at the Centro Atico of Javeriana University, where Duina and Cabas studied.

“Besarte La Boquita” is a confession -and an invitation- to that person one very much likes, to not only kiss, but also the urge of wanting to share and be by his/ her side. Cabas accepted Duina’s invitation to share this fantastic interpretation whose result is a mixture of colors and unique styles.

Since her debut, Duina has continued to surprise the national and international media with “Soy Lo Que Soy,” “Muevelo Tuti,” and “Todo,” singles that positioned her as one of the best new
She has shared the stage with artists the likes of Alejandro Sanz and Juanes, and participated in various festivals in the United States, as well as being recognized by Billboard Magazine as one of the Latin performers “to watch” this year and gracing the covers of TU and SHOCK magazines.

Duina Del Mar was born in Cali, Colombia. Her father, “Jahuira” is a singer/ songwriter and her mother, “Pankarita,” is a dancer; both young travelers, free spirited, dreamers and lovers of life. Duina grew up surrounded by art, lulled by the sound of her father, in the midst of mountains, seas, rivers, drumming and dance. From an early age she began to sing, to listen to her father, to dance with her mother, to observe and fall in love completely with the music and dance.

All that which influenced her as she grew up, has been embodied in her musical concept, staging, her unique fashion style, they way in which she carries herself and what she feels when singing.
