Get ready for an earth-shaking collision of modern rock mastery and absolute grunge royalty! Platinum-selling, record-breaking rock heavyweights The Pretty Reckless have officially unleashed a stunning new visualizer for «About You» (Bonus Version), a blistering reimagining of a standout cut from their critically acclaimed fifth studio album, DEAR GOD.

• The Anatomy of a Grunge-Fueled Jam Session: Taking an already fan-favorite track to stratospheric new heights, this special bonus version brings in none other than Foo Fighters icons Dave Grohl—tearing it up on drums, guitar, and backing vocals—alongside legendary guitarist Pat Smear. Frontwoman Taylor Momsen shared the excitement behind the studio magic: “’About You’ is one of my favorite songs on the record, so I wanted to do something special. I called Dave and Pat and asked them if they’d lend their magic to it. It was an amazing time in the studio making music, there’s nothing better than jamming with friends. I couldn’t be happier with the result.” The result is a turbocharged, high-octane powerhouse that injects explosive rock-and-roll pedigree directly into the band’s raw, emotionally unfiltered sound.
• A Landmark Era for Rock: This release rides the crest of a historic wave for DEAR GOD (produced by Momsen, Ben Phillips, and Jonathan Wyman). Earlier this campaign, smash single “When I Wake Up” extended The Pretty Reckless’ record-breaking streak by securing the band’s ninth No. 1 on Billboard’s Mainstream Rock Airplay chart—further cementing their legacy as the female-led act with the most No. 1s in the chart’s history.

The MusicWayATX Verdict: “About You” (Bonus Version) is a triumph of rock-and-solidarity, elite musicianship, and unadulterated studio joy. The Pretty Reckless, backed by Grohl and Smear, deliver a masterclass in modern heavy alt-rock.
