Que onda ! your weekly MusicWayATX digest is officially locked and loaded for the second weekend of October! The city is packed, the weather is shifting, and we have an incredible mix of massive festival sets and intimate club shows.

• ACL Fest Weekend Two: Austin City Limits Music Festival takes over Zilker Park for round two starting today. Expect heavy traffic downtown and near the park. If you don’t have a wristband, the Hulu and Disney+ exclusive livestreams are back up and running all weekend.
• A Massive Night for Rock en Español: For anyone deep into the Latin alternative and Rock en Español scene, Saturday night at Flamingo Cantina is the absolute highlight of the weekend. They are hosting the Austin Latin Rock Fest, featuring Fabulosos Decadentes and Será Cero, with heavy setlists inspired by legends like Soda Stereo and Los Fabulosos Cadillacs.
• Tribute Friday Down South: If you want to escape the ACL crowds, The Far Out Lounge is throwing a massive outdoor tribute night tonight featuring the music of Radiohead and Queen.

Flamingo Cantina | 8:30 PM Austin Latin Rock Fest This is the can’t-miss club show of the weekend for Latin rock purists. Fabulosos Decadentes and Será Cero are taking over the stage for a nonstop marathon of Rock en Español anthems. Expect a packed house, incredible energy, and singalongs to all the classics. Hotel Vegas | 8:00 PM This Is Lorelei w/ Colin Miller If you want to stick to the true East 6th underground, Hotel Vegas is the move. Brooklyn-based This Is Lorelei brings their experimental indie-pop and lo-fi rock to the legendary dark room. [Tickets at the Door]

ACL Live at The Moody Theater | 9:00 PM Wave to Earth Take it to the iconic home of Austin City Limits. The Far Out Lounge & Stage | 7:00 PM Unsane w/ Fuck Money and Bridge Farmers Looking for something heavier?
