SONY steals Music catalog from Michael Jackson for $750,000,000

The European Commission gives green light to Sony for the acquisition on the long-sought-after half of Sony/ATV music publishing owned by Michael Jackson for $750 million. The deal gives Sony full control on over 2 million songs (including 250 Beatles songs).
Michael Jackson acquired ATV Music Publishing for $47.5 million In 1985.
