There is not much information about who exactly is behind The Hour but we have some hints.

The official website ticktock.pm shows the domain extension .pm a ccTLD (country code top-level domain) managed by the AFNIC (French Registry) and the Internet code for Saint-Pierre  and Miquelon a French archipelago south of the Canadian island of Newfoundland.  Also there is a number on the site 07508425274 and if you txt the number nothing happens. Plus we also know that Adele is a public Fan.
